Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days of being received. Business days do not include weekends/holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Additionally, we offer free U.S. shipping when you spend $75+.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE FOR ANY INQUIRIES REGARDING YOUR PACKAGE DELIVERY.

 

LOCAL PICKUP

If you’re located in the metro Atlanta area and would prefer to pick up your order in person, we’d be happy to accommodate you! Please reach out to us at shopwildmonday@gmail.com to arrange a convenient pickup time. 

 

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept returns on merchandise within 30 days of the date you received your items. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your items meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Original tags still attached
  • Free from stains, odors and damage

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. While you don’t need a return form, we kindly ask that you include a note inside the package with your order number, the name associated with the order and the reason for the return.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow up to one week for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
